Aloe speciosa Baker (1880)

DESCRIPTION: solitary, simple, stem to 4 m, leaves 60-80x7-9 cm, dull glaucous green, teeth 1 mm long, 10 mm apart. Inf. 50 cm, raceme cylindrical, flowers withe, red in bud.

CULTIVATION: not common in cultivation.
