Aloe retrospiciens Reynolds & P. R. 0. Bally (1958)

DESCRIPTION: sometimes solitary, usually 2-6 branched from the base, stem erect up to 1,2 m, leaves ca 12, 25x5-6 cm, bluish green, sometimes with few spots near the base, white teeth 1 mm long, 5 mm apart. Inflorescence 45 cm tall with ca 10 branches, flowers yellow, some subpopulations in Ethiopia has pink flowers.
Synonymy: Aloe ruspoliana dracaeniformis
DISTRIBUTION: Somaliland and Ethiopia
CULTIVATION: rare plants, slow growing. Flowering in age 10 years,
