Aloe myriacantha Schultes & Schultes (1829)

DESCRIPTION: stemless, solitary plant. Leaves rosulate, erect, linear up to 40x0,4-1 cm, dull green with white spots near base. Inflorescence simple, 20-30 cm tall. Capitate raceme, white or pinkish flowers.
Synonymy: Leptaloe myriacantha, Aloe johnstonii Baker (1887); Aloe caricina A. Berger (1905); Aloe graminifolia A. Berger
DISTRIBUTION: Kenya, Burundi, Zimbabwe, Malawi, Rwanda, Kongo, RSA, Tanzania, Uganda
CULTIVATION: Similar to other grass like aloe.
