Aloe glabrescens Carter, Brandham (1983)

DESCRIPTION: Plant stemles, suckering to form small groups. Leaves 40x10 cm, erect, grey green. Teeth 1-3 mm long, 1 cm apart. Inflorescence 100 cm tall, 3-4 branches, racemes cylindrical. Flowers red.
DISTRIBUTION: Somalia, mainly between Garadaq and El Afweyn.
CULTIVATION: Not common. Easy to grow
