Aloe djiboutiensis T.A. McCoy (2007)

DESCRIPTION: small plant, stemless, offseting. Leaves about 20-30, spreading recurved, 15x4 cm, dark green market with many white elliptical spots. Teeth 3 mm, 8 mm apart. Inflorescence to 30 cm long with up to 12 branches, racemes 5-25 mm long, flowers reddish pink. Similar to A. mcloughlinii .
DISTRIBUTION: Djibouti (Arta mts., Day NP)
CULTIVATION: Rare and lovely species, similar growing as A. mcloughlinii My opinion is, this "taxon" is only northern population of A. mcloughlinii .
