Aloe chrysostachys Lavranos & L.E.Newton (1976)

DESCRIPTION: stemless, suckering, leaves 14-18, ca 30x8-10 cm, bluish green, teeth ca 4 mm, firm, 8-12 mm apart. Inflorescence 30-40 cm with 5-10 branches, racemes 30 cm, flowers dull red or yellow.
Synonymy: A. meruana (red flowers)
