Aloe barberae Dyer (1874)

DESCRIPTION: dichotomously branching tree to 5 m high, leaves 60-90x7-9 cm, deeply chanelled, dull green, teeth 0,5-1,5 mm long, 7-15 mm apart. Inflorescence to 60 cm tall, 4 branches, flowers pale yellow.
Synonymy: Aloe bainesii
DISTRIBUTION: RSA (KwaZulu Natal),Mozambique, Angola
CULTIVATION: not common.
