Aloe armatissima Lavranos et Collenette (2000)

DESCRIPTION: solitary, stemless. Leaves 10-14, erect, 30-50x9-17 cm, green with numerous pale spots. Teeth prominent about 5 mm long and 8-17 mm apart. Inflorescence erect, 170 cm, multibranched (up to 25). Cylindrical racemes, flowers lemon yellow. Similar to Aloe castellorum, from which it is distinguished by wider, bluish green leaves and multibranched inflorescences.
